When you sign up for my newsletter, you will receive relevant style information, details on upcoming seminars and events, but you may request to stop receiving this information at any time. To stop receiving information, simply click the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the newsletter or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Terms of Engagement
Appointments for each styling and consulting session will be arranged by you based on your availability. Once an appointment is made, 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange the agreed upon time.
A complimentary Style Session will be provided free of charge for potential clients to establish if the relationship is a good match. Normal charges will occur for additional styling and consulting sessions.
6% GST will be applied to all services rendered.
13% Taxes will be applied to all products sold.
An additional $50 travel fee will be applied to consultations 20km outside of the downtown Toronto Core.
Payments for Style & Consulting sessions are due at the time of booking.
Payment is preferred via Email Transfer, Paypal, Cash or Cheque. Bounced cheques will incur a $50 administrative fee.
Refunds are available for the first session only, providing 24 hours notice has been given.
Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
